This is without question the LAST place I would ever recommend to anyone!! We were VERY disppointed with the DECEPTIVE PRAISE the leasing agents gave us about this complex. It wasn't long before we were hearing loud music, partying, fighting etc... Managemnt is spineless and ineffective. Safety is an issue here as well as the "amenities" not being all they were presented to be. Hot tub is often broken and the fitness room is filled with old, rundown equipment. Look around...you can find MUCH better environment for yourself and your kids if you have them!! NOT worth the money you spend to be here... They rope you in with smooth words and great smiling promises..then they are nasty when you bring your complaints. If you try to leave early because you just can't take it here anymore...they throw it in your face that you "signed a lease" Then they try to force you to pay an exorbitant fee if you break your lease. IF you decide to move here anyway...take this one bit of advice....the "special deal" is a hook so they can get ya in..... You will want to leave within a couple of months...dont take the "special offer" ... Use the shortest lease possible.....you'll be glad you didnt sign the 12 month like we did..... WE HAVE NOTHING BUT REGRETS!!!!!
