I recently signed a lease there and though the gate was out of service I did notice someone working on it when I arrived to look at an apartment. I have been driving around Federal Way for months looking for another place to live. I came across Stonehaven and the grounds are well kept, the apartment that I saw and rented is nice. They have programs for kids such as the basketball clinic from 8-noon and they have movie night for kids and teens with an associate there to watch them. I was impressed with the service I received from management. Suzanne was really nice and professional. I got an incredible deal where I don't have to pay a full month's rent until October. Also, they were re-roofing all the apartments...so it's not run down as another review had said. As far as it being ghetto, I haven't seen anything ghetto about this place.
