Looking for a heafty rent increase then choose stonehaven

Stonehaven has gone through 7 management changes...thank goodness they have a fair one now. The leasing staff don't always tell the truth about things.. I know I've overheard then lie to potential customers. My apartment is nice enough. They haven't kept their renew promise of cleaning my blinds yet. You can hear everything that your neighbor are doing and I mean everthing. The security gate breaks done too often and it doesn't keep out anyone. All you have to do is wait for someone that lives there to enter the gate an you can follow directly behind them..feel secure. Nope. Much police activity on the premisis...feel secure. Nope! You rent will increase by $40 to 60$ upon renewal!!! and you are given little notice. I will be moving come renewal... can't stand anymore increases when nothing is improving in my apartment.
