I've lived here for about 6 months now. Got a terrific deal when I moved in, and I've lived in much worse complexes than this one. The security gate is a hassle, mainly because when it does work, if your access card is stolen or lost, you get to pay $10 to replace it. Even if it's stolen. Yes, you can hear everything from upstairs, which is a pain, but really no different than any other apartment I've lived in. I haven't had to contact maintenance for any reason so far, other than when I moved in there were some minor repairs to be done, and they were done very quickly. The parking does suck, and I don't like having to pay the water/sewer on top of rent, but a lot of complexes are now doing that, so I can't complain. I don't like going outside at night, as people like to gather outside my apartment because it's close to a door on the gate to get in. You never know who's going to be out there, and they're always out there late at night when I have to work the next day. They also leave trash outside my apartment, such as beer bottles/cans, etc. I don't know if I would highly recommend it, however.

Updated 4/7/06: I posted previously - I've now been here 2 and a 1/2 years. I've complained several times about my upstairs neighbors (I'm on the ground floor). They retaliate and management will not do anything about it. The mgmt sucks. It changes almost as much as I change my underwear, haha. The maintenance guys are nice (Jim and Igor) but everyone else sucks. I've had small rent increases but still feel as if I'm not getting my money's worth. I do like the layout of my apartment, and got a great deal when I first moved in, but now I just want to leave and due to the high rent, can't afford to save anything to be able to do so. Would NOT recommend to anyone else except for the incentive, so only to people I don't really like.
