I have lived at Stonehaven for a while, and was ready to move out as fast as I could. The amenities are great, but the staff was very difficult to deal with. As I was getting ready to move, I noticed that most of the office staff has been replaced, and that the new staff, as well as the few holdovers are VERY friendly, and extremely helpful. They are willing to listen and do everything that they can to accommodate residents and make this a better place to live. I have seen improvements in the grounds, and taking care of any "problem children" that have been running loosly in the area as well. I have lived in alot of places, and everywhere has it's problems, but this new staff seems to genuinely care about the residents, and are moving forward to get past the previous issues and correct past problems. Since everyone tends to complain, I wanted to post some positive comment and let people know that this place really is a nice place to live, and you absolutely cannot beat the ammenities. Since I have seen the improvements, I have decided not to move and to renew my lease for another year, giving them the benefit of the doubt. True the staff is nice. But they have to take care of these criminal kids. The Black criminals (I cannot call them kids they are worst devils) behind the club house.
