Do not move here. This apartment complex is horrible. Don't let the security gate and semi-nice appearance fool you. The gates work only half the time and even when they do, people either drive in after someone else or go through the out gate when someone comes out.

You can expect noisy neighbors and the management won't do anything about them.

The apartments are way overpriced for what you get, especially since you have to pay for water and garbage too.

The maintenance staff cannot be trusted, so if you do move in, don't let them go into your apartment when you aren't home. I know for a fact that one of them went through some of my things.

The management lost a bunch of my records including my deposit and the sheet of paper that gave the condition of the apartment when I moved in, so they tried to charge me a huge amount of money when I moved out. Thankfully I had my own records, although I had to go through a hassle and pay my bank for a copy of the deposit check.

The back half of the complex has had its share of crime including an armed stand-off with police.

This apartment complex is by far the worst complex on this street (which has quite a few apartment complexes along it).

Don't move in here. You'll really regret it if you do.
