We have lived in this apartment community for approximately three years and it only gets worse. If you want to know what your neighbors are doing and want to listen to them, move into the middle floor apartments. You'll get the pleasure of listening to the noise upstairs, downstairs, and next to you. Walls, do we really have them here''' Do not store boats, campers or nice cars here, unless you want them vandalized. Oh, there is security....so the management says. Sure, there is an indoor pool...however, most of the time residence are not able to use it because of poor chemical/water monitoring. It is very difficult to heat the living room as there is a small wall heater near the door. There is another one in the dining room near the kitchen. I thought these are major fire hazards''' In the summer time, it is fairly comfortable in the apatments...provided they give you screens to put in the windows. One thing, they do accept pets. Sure, you'll be ask to bring your pet by for an interview and they will tell you what breeds of dogs they don't allow. However, don't worry about it...we see those "non-allowed" dogs quite often here. If you don't mind playing "dodge the unsupervised kids"...MOVE IN. The kids have no respect and most of the drivers have no respect for the kids. Overall...it was a mistake to move here. There have been 3 different management companies since we've lived here and nothing has gotten better. Last year, the staff was thrilled to let us know our rent was going down on our next lease....a whopping $5 per month. It's totally overpriced. Live in a tent (you'll have more privacy) and save your money for a house.
