I read all the other reviews before I wrote mine and in the beginning I couldn't have agreed more with what the others said, but we had another manager change that has been wonderful. It was bought by another company and you can see the change and the caring these new people project. The new manager actually sits in a place we can talk to her and that was impossible with the other guy. I don't even know his name, but I alread know Caroline, the new manager and Danielle her assistant..they really want to please people and help. I don't find the noise in these apartments any different than any apartment that I have lived in. I mean between the walls. Yes, the police used to come here a lot but they have new people here now and they really do walk the property and make sure people live here..If you read what others wrote, you will not want to live here and that will be your real mistake because Stonehaven is getting so much better. I gave notice to move and they changed my mind..The manager had a lady in the office a couple weeks ago that had waited a while to get her washer fixed and the manager gave her mariners tickets for the inconvience. It's getting better all the time
