New management same as the old

Sure, there's new management but everything is still the same. Bad bad bad. We've got guys sitting out in front of their apartments on lawnchairs drinking like we're in the 'hood or something. Noise complaints are never taken care of. The place is way overpriced... and I mean WAY OVERPRICED. The security gates may look good but they're just for looks. I see people either waiting for people to come out and then go in the wrong way or just go up and physically yank the gate and it will start to open. Cars get vandalized. Security sits in one spot for hours instead of patrolling. There was an armed stand-off with police a while back. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemies.
