I lived here for about two years now and about the middle of Nov. new management took over. I was honestly thinking about moving out because I wasn't happy with the management.Then I went down to the office after recieving a letter about the new management. As I walked in the office I was amazed everyone stood to greet me. I sat down and spoke to the staff about my situation about moving they informed me all about their plans and all the changes that are going to take place. I was so pleased and felt so welcome. I left the office with a huge smile on my face and a great feeling about the community that I will continue to call my home.

You must be white. I pay my rent on time everytime and when I went into the office, they sure are that friendly to me. I plan to move asap! I hope you're still in a cheery disposition when your lease expires and it dawns on you that they're raising the rent by $200!

This post was obviously written by someone in the leasing center. Are you serious? Everyone stood up to greet you? I highly doubt that. Although I am glad we have new management here, the only changes I've seen are the leasing center being redone and empty apartments getting refubished. It's sad but people just moving in will get a very nice apartment and those of us that have been here for years live in the way too out dated interiors. Get real! This place isn't anything special.
