I love the new management

I have lived here for almost 6 years and have seen many people come and go. I have no idea why people are not happy with new management. They are the first ones who really care and have taken a lot of time to start cleaning the property up. I know that they have a lot of things to work on due management prior, but the office girls are really nice. I have no problems with maintenance items too.For those people who say the new people get nicer apartmens..well hello how can they remodel an apartment while you live in it..there is no way. I have referred a few people to rent here and will continue doing so. The new management gives me $350 for each person i refer that moves in. I like that.. I am happy now.
