The Height of what, exactly''

The Heights is a good place to live... if you don't need a working washer, or dryer, or available car parking, or a dishwasher that doesn't leak, or a bathroom that doesn't flood from the upstairs bathtub! If you need any of those, though, then the Heights isn't for you.
Don't bother bothering the management staff about your apartment ailes; the always-new staff (because the good ones always quit when they see how the place is run) is all to eager to slap on a cheery smile and promise a fix, but when it comes to actually getting it done, they have to get approval from "the director"; a woman who's seen once every month or so and refuses to sign off on any repairs more expensive than a generic light bulb replacement for the walkway that won't last long enough to get me from my car (parked 4 buildings away for lack of spaces) to my front door.
Bravo to the management staff for turning a nice place into neighborhood cavity ripe for a root canal.
