The Heights on West Campus appears to be an upscale apartment complex. It is the worst apartment that I have ever lived. The outdoor pool has no heat. They only tell you after you move in that there has been no heater for over 2 years. In the time I have lived there the gym has only been open from 9am to 5 pm 90% of the time. The lower pool has more access but you have to prove yourself before getting a permanent key card. It takes a month or 2. The hottub often has a green ring around the sides. The tanning bed is filthy and also the bathrooms. I pay for a view. They forgot to tell me there was a tree blocking the view. I was not able to see before hand because, "it was being cleaned". The office staff changes it seems every month. The maintenance people are slow to react to anything. There is more crime at this place then I can believe. None of this is told to you. This is an over priced joke. Please do not move here
