The people that operate this place is incompetent. There has been a huge turn-over with even more incompetent people. We just moved in and already maintenance has been to our unit 6 times. Leaking dishwasher, clogged drains, leaking sinks, mold, no parking, break-ins, cold water, etc. We had to call the office three times in order to have them even consider our request for one repair. The appliances are from the 70's and the people that work at the office are trash. I've talked to people who've lived here for a while and they have never met the manager. Do yourself a favor...stay away from this hell whole.
