I lived at the Heights from Oct 2005 to Oct 2006. At first, I really enjoyed living there. I lived on a bottom floor, so I was able to hear all the neighbors conversations. I had Mildew growing on my shoes in my closet. I did not feel safe in my apt. One of my neighbors cars was broke into three times and egged. The management team has totally been changed and seems clueless and helpless on any issues you might have. I found out the mananger never even signed my lease until I moved out! Even after I requested a copy of my lease 3 times! Dont use the indoor hot tub, the water is cold. This place went way down hill in the year I lived there.
