there is something to be said about an office staff that seems to have turnover just about every month. high turnover means bad business to me. maintenance can't seem to fix a clogged toilet and i have had them to my apartment like 6 or 7 times for this same problem in the past 8 months. the office staff has no clue what they are doing. the heights seems pretty and nice on the outset, but once you start living here things keep on going downhill. the first day i moved in, i found a leak under my kitchen sink...a problem that took three tries for them to fix...as well, within my first month of living here we had a major flood. i am stuck in a lease till march 2007 and i will promptly be moving out then.
