All the above statements are true. If you plan on moving in, move into the second or third floor ONLY!!!!!!!!!! I say this because yes, its on a HUGe hill, and there is water runoff. MOLD FOLKS. I too was flooded and had to move, and all i got was 3 days of rent compensated. Nothing more.
The parking is decent, they have a security company which is nice and they actually DO patrol. The maintenence guy -----, is a very genuine, hard worker, and hes a very personable guy. The leasing staff are complete idiots and yes turnover is horrible. I have lived here for over a year, and the exterior of the building is nice, its decently lit outside, and best of all, truely 99% of the complex is mature about noise, its a damn quiet neighborhood!!! :-)

TRUST ME you can find better. I'm glad that the maintenance guy seemed nice to you, but "nice" doesn't get the job done. Especially when he has to come do the SAME job over and over again w/out FIXING it. Sorry about your mold, we have it too.
