I've never felt so disgusted in my life. The management here will do everything to rip you off and anything NOT to do their job. The sinks in our apartment are leaking and the "maintenance" guy is a complete IDIOT. He's stopped by our apartment 4 times for the SAME things. NOTHING IS FIXED!!! He's apparently the assistant manager's brother-in-law and we're supposed to trust him!!! When I spoke to her, she assured me that he was a reliable guy... she basically screwed me. All the negative things about this apartment is true. Its not safe, (rape, break-ins, etc.) parking is a nightmare, the appliances are from the 70's the building is falling apart and management is non-existent. I've NEVER been late on rent, or had any reason to be evicted. So the previous comment is flawed and whoever wrote it is on drugs and needs help.
