Where do they find these people

I have been living here for about 11 months, and I must say I have never seen the level of incompetence that is present at this community regarding the staff. When I have a question I get a different story from a different person, I have asked to speak with manager but I fear that this person does not exist.... I would not recommend living here if you are at all educated...it can be frustrating.

They honestly don't exsist. When I notify them in regards to a concern they don't care. Everything is your responsibility, so they say. Horrible management, parking is NONE, and I regret moving in here. I agree it has been the worst experience I've ever had. The apartment stays cold, and the heaters barely work yet the heating bill is extremely expensive. It's just a bunch of B*&%$h!t

I not sure what you are expecting, there are two people to do work orders and to turn apartments for new people moving in. Did you know that there is about 400 units at the Heights. They do work orders from whats the most important to whats the least important. Maybe the building is crap or the pipes that were put in weren't good ones. Parking in apartments are first come first serve thats in ALL apartments. I think your just a dumb. The heat might not work cause your stench clogged it up. Unless there is a good reason for your complaints I think you need to let it go. The guys get emergency calls for toilets that are pugged from the peoples own ----.

I used to live at this apt, also years ago. Finally bought my own house, after moving to Kansas. Everyone is right, worthless staff. I used to live in 14-303; after living there for 3 years. go somewhere else.

Oh come Anon of 3/16. Could you possibly be any more obvious that you are the manager????? Who cares that the management chooses to be understaffed????? Your word choices and attitude say a great deal about you and clearly indicate that you are not capable of effective managment. What a loser. |

To Anonymous 3/16/07... if you are not the manager, you must certainly be the spouse of the maintenance person. It is not the fault of the tenants that The Height's does not employ enough staff to keep up with apartment repairs and rentals turnovers. That responsible belongs to The Height's management. No matter what is broken, stopped up, and/or in disrepair the maintenance crew is responsible for fixing it because that is their job. If they feel they don't have enough help, they should complain to management to hire more staff or find another job...there are better ones out there. Two maintenance men left The Height's while I lived there for much better jobs and better money. As for the parking... No, not all apartment complexes are first come, first serve when it comes to parking. As a matter of fact... most apartment complexes provide assigned, numbered spaces for their tenants close to their apartments. I have lived in many different complexes all across the country and The Height's was the first where I didn't have my own assigned space.
