I just wanted to write a brief summary of my experiance living here at the Heights. It has been a horrible few months. We have had nothing, but problems with our apartment. We have had mold, appliances not working, outlets not working, among many other things. The one thing I have learned is really make sure where you are moving into. The management does not seem to care as well. They never return messages and are never very helpful when you do get ahold of them. They do not seem to care about customer service and that has been very apparent to me while living here. So if you are thinking of moving here be careful I am not going to say not to move in here because that is for you to decide but be VERY careful.

I was the one that wrote this review and I would like to write a few little notes to what I wrote. I would first like to say that what I said about management was not completely accurate. The management at the Heights in the end have been very helpful to me. As they are very busy sometimes it does take a little while for them to respond but in the end they do care and they are very helpful. Debbie the property manager has helped me a great deal and I am very greatful for that. She seems to be a very amazing woman. Although the experiance with my apartment personally has not been the greatest because I have been dealing with some mold issues my experiances with the office staff and the property manager have been wonderful.

after reading through the other posts and responses it became very clear that the above anonymous post was written by the manager. An amazing woman? Not once have I ever heard that. Not even from her own employees. Usually, her name is accompanied by a curse word. After all this is the woman who posted a letter on everyone's door accusing the victims of the serial rapist. This was definately written by the manager

Ya that makes NO freaking sense. The person wrote the post on 3/13 and then responded on 3/13 making it sound like it was a long time later. What a bunch of losers. I am so thankful I don't live here and no one I know will ever.......
