I moved into this apt complex two days before starting my job with the police. Since working there, I have been keeping track of all the many auto break ins and auto thefts from this complex. It is ridiculous! Changing the name of the apartment is not going to make anyone think this is a safe area...it's not. It is the ghetto, and the management does not try to solve this problem, with security or a gate into the complex. I advise everyone to keep their car locked, with no valuable items in it! And if possible, get an alarm system, because it will be more helpful to you than the dumb ass employees of this complex.

This is really funny - I moved out just two weeks ago. I loaded up a Uhaul with most of my stuff on Sunday, came back on Wed to get the rest of it. Came back again on Friday, and someone had used a crowbar to pop open my door. I reported it at the office, because I didn't want to take the hit on the moveout checklist. Their response was that there were five Fed Way police officers who lived there, who were all about protecting the place where they lived too - made it sound like they considered you guys extra security, and expected that you would be cruising the parking lots looking for suspicious people.

I have lived there for almost 7 years and I cannot wait to get out. It has gone downhill ever since the new management. The say that we are valued guests but the only thing they value is the $$ coming in from new and unsuspecting renters. I saw this happen at Crystal Pointe before I left years ago just before it got ghetto. I am looking to buy a condo before the rent goes up AGAIN!
