The only reason why i chose this place (the Heights) b/c it was cheap!!!! Then a week prior to july first i get a notice that says rent is going up $235 a month. They are going to remodel with stainless steel and marble, etc.. So i'm ok with that b/c at least the inside will look great. What they forgot to say is that i have to move into a new apt in order to receive these perks i'm now paying for! but as long as i'm in my apt i've been in for 4 yrs i don't get any new appliances, or paint, or tile, etc... While i have been living here; 1 reported rape, 2 police shootings, auto theft (can't count that high) as well as Auto breakins. I have personally have my car stolen, as well as a tire taken of my car. I have seen the "security" 2x within the four years here. Look up crime stats in federal way, the highest rates are located at 125 sw campus drive! The grounds are kept beautiful if your coming from winco up to the leasing office, but it you go anywhere else it looks like a tornado came through, garbage everywhere, no grass (patching), no tubing for drain water so all the sawdust and dirt goes everywhere. Parking is a joke. If your not home by 530 at night, you don't get a spot near your apartment, could be up to 1/4 mile walk, (keep in mind the stats from above).
