Build onto a wooded hillside, the Reserve offers first rate apartment living. The greenery of the setting got me to take a second look, but the friendly service and respectful attitude of the staff is what really sold me.

Wow, this was so totally written by a resident and not a member of the staff, right? Right? Yeah, right. Try again, I think I would believe the people who actually have lived there and suffered the high crime and other inconveniences instead of an office weenie posing as a resident. "Built onto a wooded hillside...greenery of the setting...". Sheesh. Why even try to pose as a renter? Why not just post as management and address the concerns that have been raised or be straight-forward about previous problems and what you are doing to fix it? More flim-flammery - if not outright fraud. But what else would you expect? New company, same loose operating policies.

I lived there for two years. I have come into contact with an office worker, who couldn't stand lying to everyone to get them to sign a lease. After I spoke with her, I felt a little sorry for the office staff (most of them, anyway), because they are under pressure to lie. It's part of their job. That's why there's such a high turn-over rate in the office. We are currently being sued by them for $2,000 for the state of the apartment. We moved a month before our lease was up, and then cleaned every weekend for the last month. $2,000 ??? Maybe, I should have left it the way it was. Anyway, this person is so completely the Manager, or an office worker ordered to write this. Obviously!!!!

"Build onto a wooded hillside, the Reserve offers first rate apartment living." I think that came straight from their ad. It's not a tenant who wrote that, it's the staff.
