By the time my lease was up and I got the heck out of that dump they were trying to renew my lease and charge me $1150 for that NASTY apartment. Everything was old inside, The stove had 3 small burners and 1 large one. When I noticed it the ink was dry on the lease. Can you believe it! Three small burners! What an inconvenience that was and they refused to fix it!!

Now they must be begging for people to move in by charging $778 per month!!

lots of apartments are lowering their rents, almost because they have to with this economy. I don't work here, but have to say that I'm sorry your place was nasty! Hope you can find a nice place!

GHETTO! And that describes some of the office staff as well!! I will NEVER recommend this dump to anyone. It is disgusting, but above all I would not move there because the office staff are gestapo's!! I have been in the office and witness how they smile in your face and talk behind the resident's back. The inside of some of the apartments are dirty and desperately need updating. They will start eviction process if you are one day past the deadline. The have zero tolerance for unfortunate situations even if you need a few extra days to help you out. They will start the process and make you accummulate additional fees which makes it impossible to get caught up...meanwhile threatening to evict!! I know it's a business but sometimes there should be some understanding when the unforseen happens. Lots of police activity, dog poop, overfilled garbage dumpsters and scary people running around.
