I moved in three months ago and have to say that my rental experience has been very good. The office & maintenance staff completed the renovation of my apartment in half the normal time so that I could move in the weekend before I started my new job. I have read the negative reviews but cannot say that I've shared their experiences.

I live at the top of the hill which is the furthest area from the roads. Maybe this is why I have not seen any car break ins. I've talked with my neighbors and they have not had any issues either. Also, I have not had any issues finding parking. I have returned home at various times of the evening and early morning and always found a spot within one building of mine and there is lighting along the parking lot. I've never felt that safety is an issue here.

The office staff is very friendly and willing to help. I've had a couple minor issues and they have always worked with me, had a smile and fixed the issue promptly. I do appreciate the extra work that is being done on the grounds. The flowering trees & shrubs, new mulch, fresh paint and renovated club house (opening soon) are all very nice and I enjoy coming home to a nice looking neighborhood.

Finally, I looked at many other apartments before selecting The Reserve. I still feel that I am getting a good apartment for the rent and am glad I chose to move here.

Your post totally reads like another office staff member trying to offset the comments made by real tenants. Half the normal time? Really? How would you know what the length of time is? It's either ready for you, or not, and there are several vacant units. Fresh paint? Finish the job, instead of talking about how pretty the part that's done is. Nice of you to point out the renovated clubhouse, yet another red flag that you're office staff. Why don't you guys address even the basic issues? Deal with main. requests, especially with lighting. Who knows, it might deter some of the freaking crime.
