I can't wait until my lease is up...

I have only lived here for about 6 months, and I gotta tell you...it's been one disaster after another. As far as the fix-it-up things I've needed done, I have to say that mgmt has done well with getting someone over to fix the problems.
My issues are as follows....
1) You can hear EVERY FLIPPING thing that goes on in the apts above and below you.....are we separated by particle board or something'
2) Parking is a COMPLETE JOKE! There's rarely a place close to your apt to park, and if there is, the spots are so tiny you're dinging cars trying to squeeze out!
3) One of the main reasons I moved here was bc of some of the amenities ie the gym and outdoor pool. Well....1 week after I moved in they closed the gym for renovations and I'm thinking they might be done somewhere around the year 2020...and it's the middle of July and the outdoor pool is not even open! Yes, there is an indoor pool in the "mock" office right now...and I suppose it would be ok to go in there and swim...that is....if you don't mind the naked couple in the hot tub next to you having sex....NO JOKE!!!
Overall....my biggest mistake was signing a 1 year lease. I haven't had any problems with breakins or anything stolen (knock on wood) but I've heard of a lot of residents who have.
Bottom line' When that lease is up...I'm OUTTA HERE!!!!!!!
