Issues and more issues

When my family and I first moved in to these apartments, we were fooled with the facade of luxury apartment living with numerous ammenities. I have to say, after living here for over a year, we are very disappointed. From continued plumping problems, ant infestation, extremely noisy new tenants, ammenities not being available, and a generally unsafe feeling one may get from being outside too late in the area, this is not a first rate apartment home complex.

Unless there is a change to a more resident/customer based approach in addition to better checks of possible tenants by the new management, the issues that plagued the old management will continue to persist and drive away even more residents.

Agreed!! they raised my rents adn I'm paying to use the amenities, yet all the amenities are closed. There hasn't been a gym since Feb. and had to join one and now that they have remodled the office, for what reason, who knows because they had just redorcated the office, but anyhow now there is no gym up top which is why I moved into the top half. Beyond that the outdoor and indoor pool along with the spa have been shut down since Feb also, summer is almost over and I have yet to use the pool outside. Why? because they have everything dug up and everything is unusable and hasn't been touched in about 3 months. Why are we paying for ammenities we aren't getting to use??

why dont you just move? Do you know everytime you post something negative on this very site you prevent good qualified residents from wanting to move here? Well there solves your problem of having noising neighbors! Ooh and did you know that the City of Federal Way is the reason the pools are not open? If you took the time to get off your butt and went to the office to ask the girls you might know that! Oh and did you know that both the girls that left got promoted to different offices i guess you wouldnt being that all you seem to have to do is complain....

This is about the responce from Ilovemyhome1, how do you know so much about the people who work there? Maybe because YOU are one of the people that work there, and if thats the case on the pools you mean to tell me that no pools are working in federal way? The reason for the pools not working is because of remodeling that has been going on since feb.

Clearly nothing has changed since I moved 3 years ago.... Try the Lodge at Peasley Canyon - it's great!

I am staying at the reserve on a job assignment and I must say I feel like I'm living in the hood. The staff is great and I am not making this up because I'm mad at the staff, which is what I was told the other reviews could have come from. We have only been here 10 weeks and have witnessed helicopters flying over our bld for 3 hours in the morning, while police cars zoomed threw the community. A couple of times we were not able to turn into the front entrance because police cars were blocking the entrance. I have walked out my apt 2x to see police cars checking the other building. We recently received a newsletter from the police dept letting us know of all the burgularies that are currently going on. A car blew up in front of our building. I called 911 to report gunshots outside of our building. Last, but not least none of the amenities are available. You may want to stay somewhere else. Once again, the staff is great, but not the community!

Ilovemyhome1 has to be a member of the apt complex employees who's residing on the grounds and writing a fake post. She must get paid extra to write these nonsense posts. Obviously she has inside information. If the pool problem/renovation was mandated by the City of Federal Way then why were the residents not notified? Obviously people complained about not getting what they have been paying for! I should look into a class action lawsuit because I feel I've been paying for goods that I have not received. How was "fanofthereserve" notified of all that's been going on? Why were you notified and no one else? If there are things going on why would it be a select group/person? Doesn't the "community" deserve to be updated on construction, police activity and lack of amenities?

The reason I knew about the pools and why amenities were not available is because I was upset and disappointed that my family and I were not able to use them. However, I went in and asked about what was going on instead of sitting around getting more upset and posting nastly blogs about a nice facility. I do agree it would be nice to have the community updated and maybe that is something that can be approached to staff to put up a notice board in the business center or added to the newsletter that comes out. All places have their ups and downs but unless we address it and maybe give some suggestions for change then it is our own fault when things don't go our way. Proactive vs reactive.

Hmm! I'm not understanding why someone from the management complex (ILovemyhome1)would post such an immature posting. She sounded as though she was offended! There must be some type of truth to the posting for the ghetto response posted! It truly does sound hood...and as for the apologetic (fanofthereserve) aka(Ilovemyhome1)your trying to get new occupants?? Maybe you should remove both of your posting, and let your tenants vent without taking it personal! Again, possibly there is some truth to what was posted....
