We recently moved here and have loved every minute of it! The staff is always more than helpful. It is a great place to bring a pet because of the areas to walk and most of the other pet owners do pick up after their pets. The apartments are open and we have a good size kitchen. Love using the gym and running outside. Enjoy being able to tan and use the pool. There has been some crime but management has done an excellent job getting on top of it and it is good to see the extra security around here. People are friendly. It is apartment living but it is great apartment living. Super views also!

OMG..it's the middle of winter and your running outside and using the pool. Lets see..you've covered every comfort zone a person might want. I'm guessing your're STAFF LOL. BECAUSE if you weren't you'd be complaining because their is NO GYM, BECUASE it hasn't been remodeled yet. There is NO EXTRA security around. There are ONLY super views if you're on the top of the hill where the office is. AND MOST OF ALL STAFF IS NOT HELPFUL ONCE YOU MOVE IN. MAINTENANCE SUCKS!! AND SO DOES THE NEW REPLACEMENT FOR ----. SHE'S RUDE AND ARROGANT, BUT NOT UNTIL AFTER YOU MOVE IN.

I agree the dumb ------- who work in the office are as stupid as a stick. I recently moved out, and had to deal with -------, the snotty manager who proceeded to charge me for damages that were not done to my apartment. I strongly recommend not moving in here, if you haven't already. And if you already live here, get out as soon as your lease is up. Oh, and don't expect any of your deposit back because they'll charge you to replace things in your apartment that they have no proof were damaged. Good luck.

I agree! I've been here 1 year and the past 7 months have been without the gym that I paid for each month and have been waiting for the remodeling to be redone!!! They are full of crap! And yes, there is no extra security!! Where are they?? hiding in the bushes? Using the internet cafe that has insufficient seating for the computers? I asked for a chair because they only provided 2 chairs for 3 computers and they told me I could not use one of theirs. The person I spoke to was SO RUDE!! I liter---- wanted to take my hand and slap the look off of her face! She spoke to me like I was stuped. They have lied to me about my deposit! ripped me off and told me I needed to educate myself on Washington State laws for renters! Yeah they took every dime they could!! The best thing that that apt had going for them was ----! She was great and knew how to balance being firm but she had a heart! She was very kind and helpful but also knew how to get her job done without making you feel like you were the dirt beneath her shoes. Check out Fox Run (a little pricy but very nice), Glen Park, The Cove or The Lodge at Peasley Canyon (the lodge is a little pricey but you get what you pay for) excellant community.

Guessing by the way you are writing this you got what you gave to the management staff. For example, check out how you attempted to spell "stupid". Don't tell me the staff here doesn't have a heart! I have been in the office when they have offered to help out renters by watching their children when babysitting couldn't be found or when they were giving rides to people without cars or whose car broke down. To me, that is far above the call of duty, especi---- when treated by people like you.

I truely agree with the staff, they are all nice, and say hello BEFORE you move in, but the minute you sign that lease they treat you like s***!!!!! They are all Sukas, they don't care about helping you, they are rude, arrogant.. And what is with them blocking all of these internet sites from the internet cafe. They blocked google images, YouTube, myspace, they are so facist, they treat us as we are all children!!!!
