I have been here for two months now and I have not had any problems that the office has not taken care of. There are parking issues but that is at any apartment.

Two months welcome newbie. You'll change you attitude in about 2 more months. LOL. Let's see here. It's December 27, so well count that as being one of the months so I'm going to take a guess and say you moved here in November. Gee, the slowest months of the year for any apartment complex to gain new tenants. Did you think that maybe that is why you got so much attention or whatever problems your newly renovated apt had?? Try to get something done in 6 more months and then come back here and see if you have the same attitude. Newbies..they just don't get it. And when you do have a serious problem with the office and they ignore you, don't come back here complaining. LOL

lol...Unfortunately you are so right. The new person is in for a big surprise. They are very nice and accommodating to get you in but once you are hog tied to a lease they could care less about you. I have found them to be liars and they speak from both sides of their mouths. I have written at least 3 very glowing and positive reviews about this "community" and have learned a valuable lesson. Yes, the office will ignore your serious problems or will pretend to your face then brush you off like a piece of lint. They had the NERVE to invite everyone to a "Holiday Party". A ton of people showed up and the "Holiday Party" was actually a "Party Lite" catalogue party (like a tupperware party) put on by one of the office workers! Why couldn't she be up front and open about it! Why manipulate people into coming to her candle party?? I quickly got out of there once I realized what was going on. While leaving I was asked "don't you want to order something"? GIVE ME A BREAK!! There are much nicer places in Federal Way. I suggest looking around and compare what you are getting for the square footage and price. Be sure to check if your groceries will actually fit into the kitchen cabinets, will the drawer by the dishwasher open up? In fact check all the drawers to make sure they are usable. Is the fitness center up and running (you're paying for it so make sure it's available). They do read the review's and will probably comment that I am a disgruntled resident...and all I can say is you betcha I'm disgruntled and I am totally within my rights to feel the way I do. Everything I have written is a direct result of how I was/have been treated. I am so thankful I got out at the end of my lease. I was amused to watch them begin to court me as the time came close to my lease expiring. Whenever they saw me they were so friendly again, they couldn't wait to get my signature on the dotted line. But I went month to month until I found something much better. I'm glad I'm out of the nasty apt I rented from them. Like I said, check out what you are getting for your $$ by square footage. BTW. The bedrooms are REALLY SMALL!! In one of the bedrooms we had to put the dresser into the closet because a bed a dresser will not fit if you want room to walk around! Good luck and remember you can do better for yourself!!

I have been here several months and also have not had any problems that the office management have not taken care of. They are always friendly and smile when myself or my family come in. Give them some credit, this is a big place to manage and yet they remember my name...I am impressed with that. And like I said...I have been here several months.
