I haven't had ONE good night of sleep since we moved in here over a month ago. People are constantly blasting music, slamming doors, throwing parties, and letting their kids knock on our doors. We HATE living here. My daughter is wakened frequently in the middle of the night by music blasting right outside of her window. We are so mad that we moved here. The people that live around us are all nasty disrespectful people who party allll hours of the night. My husband has missed work because he couldn't sleep. We signed a year lease and it has only been a month...this will be the longest, most irritating year of our lives.

if it's within 30 days you can cancel your contract. Contract a lawyer or get one of those lawyers who answers questions for free.

Yes, you should check your lease and see if they have a 30 day guarentee! Our place has that, and you can get out of your lease, not owing the full year, just maybe however long you have stayed there. Good luck!
