I have lived here 6 months now and I can't wait until my year lease is up! The first week I moved in we had a fly infestation. Then we had ants on 3 seperate occasions (we are really clean people). They apparently have a problem with this since they have an exterminator come around once a week. The entire place smells of mildew now and there is a huge visible patch growing on the closet wall. I called about it and it has been two weeks and no one has bothered to fix it. I have called 3 times now about a clogged drain, and again no response from maintenance for two weeks. When I call they sound irritated and are full of excuses. I have a supposedly "renovated" unit with new carpet, but my two year olds feet were black from the carpet the first week we moved in....disgusting. I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture.

Well, look at that. It took an online review, which apparently they monitor and have account (hint, they can post anonymously too) the reviews on this site. In order to get a maintenance request, you have to call the office..who's in the office Stephanie. The review said 3 times, believable as it took me 5 calls just to get my problem fixed. Maintenance requests are written out on duplicated paper tickets, which i'm sure being the manager Stephanie would have checked to see which tickets haven't been fixed yet, or would she? Or maybe this is trick to find out who posted the review so she could start eviction notices, no I wouldn't put it past her. Renovation in progress my ass, last time they renovated an apartment was maybe a year ago. Right now people are moving out and they are just turning the old apartments over..if they can. We still have a few empty units in our building. But, the ones they did rent out, sure didn't get renovated. I wonder if there ads are considered false advertisement?? And as far as the people they are allowing to move in lately...no quality whatsoever. I'm wondering if they are actually doing the background checks, because the last few people i've seen moving in, GHETTO!

Well..well...well! Stephanie has written a response. I have been away from the Reserve for 18 months now and am still so enraged over the way I was treated, the filthiness of the apartment that I continue to read what other people are writing and if I can let others know the truth about how ABSOLUTELY AWFUL the office staff is I will do so! Stephanie you were always rude and disrespectful. Maintenance was a huge issue for me and I wish I had read the reviews on the apartments before I moved in. There was always something wrong, I had two major water leaks and it took so long for the problem to get fix and I had to deal with soaking wet and horrible smelling carpet. On a couple of occasions I was 4 days late with my rent and you all made me feel like a dead beat even when I had some life circumstances that were out of my control...However you demand you rent and tack on huge fees when I was late yet when I needed basic repairs done you got to it when you wanted to. PLUS you really ripped me off when I moved! I watched a friends cats for two weeks and when I moved you charged me close to $400 for extra pet cleaning etc. You told me you put a light on the carpet and saw pet stains...LIAR!! The cats were perfectly content with their liter box...And you know what! You got my money and there was nothing I could do about it! We all had to pay for the pool when for close to a year it was down! Why don't you reimburse the tenants their money? We paid for something we did not get!! HOWEVER, above all...The office staff are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I am in another complex and have never experienced anything like I have at The Reserve. I make sure I post positive reviews about the complex because they deserve it!
