Where do I even start'''
1.) Paying my rent in full every month so that I could not enjoy the outdoor pool at all due to renovations taking place'
2.) The black mold not only in our apartment, but in our neighbor's apartment that they just painted over'
3.) Not being able to do laundry for a week and half because our dryer was broke and I had to call 5 times to get a new one'
4.) 5 phone calls just to get a new toilet seat''
5.) We had a dog and picked up after our dog religiously. No one else in that place ever cleaned up after their dogs. Every scrap of lawn in that place has numerous piles of dog feces on it. My kids couldnt even play on the grass.
6.) The gunshots'
7.) The fact that when I moved out, that apartment was cleaner than it was when I moved in'
8.) The fact that management charged me 1300.00 after I had moved out because all the carpet in our unit which didnt need to be replaced, apprently had to be replaced because of pet damage''
9.) The fact that --------- promised to send me a quote for the new carpet along with pictures that I never received'
10.) The dishonest staff and their dishonest business practices'
11.) The fact that after snowing 24" in two days, no maintence man ever cleared the piled up snow off of the stairs leading to our unit' The upstairs neighbor did it after all of us almost broke our necks.

BEWARE!! Once you sign on the dotted lines, they have you by the balls. Take pictures and call them about anything and everything. Keep documentation on it all.

I have to believe that there is a special place in hell for people and a place like this.

When I lived there I actually had a mushroom grow out of the wall next to the bathtub. I called maintenance and had them come out and look at it. I LEFT it on the wall for the 3 days it took to get someone to LOOK at it...to prove it was there. When maintenance finally came out he picked the mushroom out with his fingers, spackled OVER the place where the mushroom was...and painted it. Yeah...THAT took care of the problem. Good riddance.
