Was not a very good living experience

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
The night before we moved out there was a shooting on the basketball court with the police, after a while they started renting to anybody, there were 2bdm apartments and 6 people would live there. In the 2 yrs we lived there the owners changed 3 times.
