Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
appliances, water fixtures and closets all lacked. Everything seemed like a watered down version of what you can get in other apts. 1x1 was 730 sqft but felt like half that due to silly floorplan (entrance leads you straight into wall). Bathroom had virtually no storage, W/D & water heater capacity was a problem.
You can do better, don't move here unless rent special is exceedingly good.
