I just moved in to this newly renovated apartment. My main reason to move in this place was they promised a brand new renovated apt. But it was not completed in time. so they put us in a renovated room 5 months ago.
They did nothing to prepare this apt!
Huge scuff marks everywhere on walls, gum on floor, Dishwasher/over werent cleaned.. Broken screen door, and we didn't have blinds on one of our windows.
They accomated Very well after they fixed everything for us and cut us a month and half off rent.
