Whoever said nothing was done in preparation.. I am not sure what happened with your place, but mine was GORGEOUS when we moved in. The crown molding and nice fixtures were a bonus, it makes the place look great. Brand new oven, fridge and dishwasher. Only thing that was not new was the washer and dryer. The ONLY complaints I have as of yet is the incredibly noisy upstairs neighbors (that was expected) and the small space that the washer and dryer is cramped in, and there is only visitor parking in one part of the complex (which sucks for any company I have). Other than that, I look around this apartment and cant get over how much I love it. By the way, they wave all move in expenses for military--which is why we decided to come here.. Not to mention, the staff is incredible.
