I'm just getting out of a 12 month lease with The shores. It's a pretty great place I have to say so. I've had a experience but what can you do. First they put you into a newly remodeled room. either its brand new or one other has lived there prior. So the quality is great. New carpet. Vinyl. Crown fixtures. ect. Looks good! The actual physical place I had was awesome! Complete privacy, my big window looked out into some woods and a retaining lake behind it and no one could really see my patio. So I never worried about people looking in.

My experience for them wasn't the greatest though. They promised me a brand new place. But they couldnt get it done in time so they gave me the room next to it. I walked in for my first time and apparently they didnt do a check through. There was gum on the floor, I didnt have blinds for my big window. Huge dent on the fridge. Dirty oven, trash in the washer machine. And Scuff marks Everywhere on the walls.. It took them 2 weeks to come in and fix everything and paint... which upsetted me a lot becasue everyday they were saying they were going to get it done today. Which didnt happen but they did compansate me and covered a exrta month for my rent. So maybe that isn't what everyone will walk into.

I had a dog incident.. But that was my own fault.

I have to say there very strict on there rules. and if you dont comply right away you get this letter Bam! 10 days eviction if you dont comply.. And thats more or less a good thing . Just annoying.

Sound quality is great.. I'm more of the louder folks but my nieghbors rarely ever complained.
