Name was changed to View at the Lake two years ago. The property is currently in receivership and will be taken over by the bank within the next few weeks according to the manager. Have lived here 10 years and have watched it deteriorate more and more each year. In those ten years they have closed the weight and game rooms and the pool was closed for the last four years. It did open for one week this summer and then closed again due to "vandalism" (don't believe it). Management is trying to make it into an old folks home atmosphere and restricting more and more rights. Currently many open apartments it looks like and most are newly refurbished. That is one thing they do do right is refurbish when someone moves out. More than half the tenants seem to be Mexican or South American and do not speak fluent English which makes it hard to get to know your neighbors.
Many burned out parking lot and hallway lights.
