After living here for the last year this seems to be an okay apartment overall, but perhaps not worth the higher rents they charge. There has only been one gunfight, and only a few fistfighting neighbors. Maintenance has been excellent in spite of the fact that they halved the number of maintenance men in the last year (can you say OVERWORKED!'!) The pools (one heated indoor, one outdoor), the spa and the workout room are all kept clean and operational. There's a stiff penalty for paying your rent more than 2 days late ($75 per DAY). Parking... ah, there's the worst of it. Parking is a daily battle, even if you pay for the spot (additional $20 for covered parking.) Sound bleeds through from the adjacent apartments, especially upstairs/downstairs. Management isn't swift to respond, but they *DO* eventually respond (our noisy 300-pound filthy beast neighbors were evicted from upstairs. The beasty-aerobics were bad, but the worst was the huge meatflies & maggots that surrounded their apartment *shudders*) they only took a month to get them out.
