We made the mistake of moving in, my wife cried the first night. People were yelling and fighting outside, drug lords live through-out the facility, even the police are aware of them. We have had several attemps of someone trying to break in though the back windows. Then there was the peeping tom in underwear. Trash all over the place, piled up around the dumpsters, no one cares. The managers even tried to make me pay for something they added to thier lease and didn't tell me about it. Then they refused my rent because of it. Both very illegal. They told us one price for rent, then charged us a higher amount, again, illegal. Colleen is very rude, even hit on me in front of my wife. They change the rules when they feel and make you pay for it. The made most of the parking covered and then they make you pay to park under them, there very few uncovered parking spots, so good luck getting one that someone with a broke vehicle hasn't taken already. The whole place is section 8 housing, so that tells you the type of people that live there. They even tried to steal my BBQ grill!!! Hey, that's mine.
