Ok, I just moved in to this place at the start of july. While i'll admit its nothing like montana, where everyone knows everyone else, its a pretty good place to live. The parking situation sucks though. But i dont know what the hell this Mac0371 is thinking thoug. I have been coming home from work at 2:00 AM and i see no one else out. The trash situation is a little unkempt, but recently it has beeen improved by adding a central trash station. And what he is saying about Barbara, the manager, is pure BS. she was VERY helpful to me and my roomates. She even offered a discount for us once she learned we were going to college. I am very familiar with renting laws, and of the other people i have spoken to, she has commited no foul. So this guy needs to stop makin up things on his way through life. Oh, and by the way, it is only illegal to raise the price of rent AFTER the lease HAS BEEN SIGNED!! So if someone mad a mistake on the phone, deal with it. And tell your wife to stop crying.
