I lived here about 7 years ago, I think. Horrible service, horrible management, horrible maintenance, parking, you name it. Definitely ghetto. This is one of the worst complexes I have ever lived in, and I have lived in several throughout Federal Way. Only renewed my lease for 6 months after the first year so I could save to move. Good location though. Only nice thing I can say about it. When the outside water outlet for hoses leaked into our storage room off of the patio, everything was moldy and they made us put it inside the apartment instead of leaving it out so it could all dry. Don't they know that mold can kill' Awful!
