Let me guess somewhere along the lines everyone on here are victims of the big bad management. Yeah right! Have you ever thought that they do the best they can. They have have uppermanagement as well not everything is as black and white as you may think. I think the girls in the office do a great job maintenance may have some issues but I think they are tring. It's a lot better then it used to be. Grounds have always been an issue but what place doesn't have trash problems. Maybe if people picked up after themselves it's not just management it's the people that live here. They need to care about there homes too. Quit being so hard on them they are only human! And the shooting 2 blocks from here what does that have to do with Waterbury OHHHH that's right NOTHING because they can control what happens off the property. Why would you even refer to that' Dumbass.
