I lived there for a while, parking might be a problem, but it was not too bad, a trash compactor, as mentioned previously is far away from some buildings, but I could live with that. BUT they were raising our rent every 4-6 month. $35 in less then one year! our oven didn't get fixed, carpet was old. And we had to pay more for that!
But I have to admit, the landscape is nice. The complex is close to everything.
