Whispering Hills is a Haven for car theft. My car has been stolen 2 times and my apartment has been broken into once.
Upon signing my lease I was not made aware that the car port and exterior lights to the building was hooked up to my electrical box. In essence I pay to light the parking lot and out side of the apartment building. It takes several days to get a work order completed. I had a small hole repaired in the wall and after completion you would think a 3rd grader did the work. There was a time when all of the lights where out in the hallway for several days completely dark and dangerous and you would think that someone would have replaced it in a timely mnner but it took several days just to replace 2 light bulbs. But they expect the rent on time. The hall is swept maybe every other month.My rent has gone up every months since I refuse to sign a lease. To the point that the apartment isn't worth more than $500 a month but they get top dollar. Nothing has been updated in the apartment including the soiled carpet that was soiled when I moved in. Whatever you do please byepass living at whispering Hills unless you like Ghetto style living.
