When I moved here, I was shown an apartment that was in a building that was well kept, nicely groomed, and clean. What I live in now is a far reach, if that, from any of those things. I cannot wait to move from here, and I would not EVER recommend this "community" to anyone. Too many nights I have been awakened by unruly neighbors partying late into the night; too many times I have been unable to take MY OWN garbage out because there simply wasn't room in the garbage dumpsters. There isn't nearly enough parking, there are way too many kids running around (even late at night, usually during the week) there is too much (any is too much in my book) garbage blowing around in the parking lot, and the apartments are in horrible shape. They don't even replace the glass lights out IN FRONT of the complex that are broken. I complained multiple times that one of my neighbors had an infestation that was taking over MY home, and they did nothing. Now I have roaches in my house, and I have to bomb my apartment every month just to keep them at bay. DO NOT MOVE HERE! This isn't a home; it's a slum.
