We were assured that this was a friendly, caring, safe and well maintained apartment complex. This is definently NOT the case.
We have witnessed:
parking disputes,
loud music played in automobiles at all hours,
cars honking at all hours,
car break-ins,
the appearance of illegal immagrants being brought here by current residents,
the appearance of drug sales,
the appearance of a car theft ring,
the appearance of child abuse,
the report of apartments entered by key and persoanal property stolen.
The management team seems to be completely in denial and is not interested at all in investigating what goes on around here after the office is closed.
This is a very scarey place to live and we are getting out immediately.
Believe me, YOU DON'T WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!

Sounds to me like you should rent a house. This is so not true. Ask the other residents that live here.

I agree with you except for the drug sales never witnessed this when I was there or child abuse. Or heard of the entered by key and things getting stolen. But everything else you hit the nail on the head and even more going on here.
