Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
 
This is one of those places that has features you don't use like a swimming pool that is closed 9 months of the year, and lousy exercise equipment. The utilities are hugely expensive. they jack you on the rent when your lease is up and they go month to month. they raise it along with it and they send you to collections even before you can challenge their greivence. they also go into your apartment constantly to check on things.
