This place is absolutely the worst place one could live. There is trash everywhere,
overflowing garbage cans, broken glass, no parking, the pool is hardly ever open
and when it is, it's full of kids who are probably peeing in it. They even let the
kids play in the hot tub. They don't fix anything when they are supposed to and
when it is "fixed" it's done in a shoddy manner. The management doesn't care about your issues with other tenants. If you ask them to handle complaints they'll tell you that they can't do anything because it's descrimination. Around here, you have to be a certain shade of brown to get anything done and to have any rights. There is about 4 or 5 black, 6 or 7 whites, 3 asians, and everyone else is mexican. There is music reminiscent of the oompa loompa song playing in almost every car at all hours. The children often play outside till 12a and don't hesitate to yell and scream. I found a used condom on my patio once and found 2 meth pipes thus far. There is a constant issue with theft and all management will say is they think it's some homeless guy living in the woods. There is mold constantly growing and has ruined numerous items, including my own bed. The heat doesn't stay in the place, either. You can run your heat for a while and turn it off and it will instantly be cold. The individual apartments share a water meter and the office decides what people will pay. According to a few other tenants in a couple of the other buildings pay about a third of what we do for their places, which are twice as large and have washers and dryers. There's broken glass everywhere, all the time. Te laundry room is always dirty and you will constantly find nails, paint chips, etc in other washers and dryers. Prepare to have your best clothes ruined. The don't water the lawn around the entire complex so most of us have to deal with adead lawn. This place is absolutely handicapped unfriendly. If you have a mobility issue of ANY type you will not be abl to access the laundry room, the mail box, and in most cases, your own apartment as they do not provide clear paths to them. Non-Spanish speakers need not ask to live here and if you do hope tha you don't have an emergency with the apartment. The emergency number is only in Spanish. This place gives new meaning to ghetto. There is also a vermin problem. Anothe thing you'll love is the need for people to just sit in their cars and honk, all the time. The bass in the stereos will drwon out your t.v. or piece of mind. They will raise your rent at least 100 dollars unless you sign a new lease. Then if you don't, you will get a 160 dollar raise a year later. They don't pay for trash either. The people around here are very dirty, have made rude comments at me and other guests of mine, will stop and stare right into your apartment. Once time they had SWAT here to make an arrest.They don't fix potholes either. They just fixed some huge ones that had been there for months. It's not a very well-lit parking lot.

He/she is telling the truth. Listen and beware. We moved away from there a year ago because of the same experiences. I also observed a stolen car ring operating in the complex and hispanic grown men taking young boys and girls into the woods or sitting in thier cars with them and acting very strangly by looking down at whatever they were doing and looking up and around to see is anyone was watching or they would post another young boy as a lookout. All in all? It was all disgusting.
