The noise is always a problem, parking is pretty much hell, and the management are nice until there's an issue. Even a small one. Then they get defensive and loud.

I sympathize with you. I lived in my Woodside apartment for a total of four months during the mid of winter...you know when it's dark by 4:00pm. Parking was my biggest grievance. It was painful to try and find a parking spot. At one point I tried to bribe the managment to get me a parking space, any space, at that point I didn't even care if it was near my unit, but they just took my $100 cash and did nothing. Finally, I used every resource I could think of to get out of my lease. I wrote countless letters, I took photographs of every issue in the complex: the broken cars, the overflowing dumpsters, the abandoned couches and shopping carts. I videotaped the carnival music and late-night parties. When management was confronted with my evidence, they agreed to release me of my lease with no repercussions. They even prorated my last month's rent, returned my full deposit and gifted my an additional amount for my "bribe-gone-wrong". Thank God. Just remember, there is "affordable" and then there is "cheap". Every citizen deserves affordable! I sell real estate now and I make it my passion to help low-income families find creative solutions to buying a home of their own. You've been there two years and you and your family deserve better. Don't give up hope!

I have never heard such lie's in all my life. Never ever have I been brought video "evidance" of such behaviour. I have never been offered a "brib" nor would I ever take one. Feel free to come visit our Community and speak with residents who live here and have since the early 1990's to get their views. I can not believe they allow these things to be posted. I am the manager and have been for 12 years.

Funny how someone is trying to defend this place. It's worse then any other place I've lived in. And there are people that like it there because maybe you tend to THEIR problems but no one else's. Noise issues are never delt with and yes there is always trash overflowing.... wow such "LIES"... by the way people let these things get posted so others can see what we went through weather it was good or bad. Just because you run a place that SUX beyond anything else doesn't mean people cant see it. It's called a right and nothing you can do will take that away. get used to it. And why would you be brough video evidance if you were the problem?!?! And by the way did you ever think that those loyal tenents are the one's having party's and making noise? Or maybe like you they just have lower standards.
